Winco mushroom container adopts an intelligent control system to comprehensively control the four elements of temperature,light,humidity,CO2 and air required for mushroom growing,realizing high annual production.

Daily care and work time is less than 1 hour, which greatly saves labor Cost.

Without cost of building a steel structure plant.Suitable for the cultivation of a variety of mushrooms,vegetables and fruits.And it is convenient to adjust the planting according to the market requirement.

The entire system consists of: assembled polyurethane insulation grow room,all in one type climate unit,fresh air/return air system,humidification system,mushroom racks, lightening system and drainage system; after installation, the buyer only needs to connect the power,humidification water pipe and prepare Compost (substrate) and spawn to grow.

1. A 40ft re-new container with well insulated;

Remark:

1. Need client provide 3 phase power supply.
2. The humidification pipes are designed to be installed on the left and right sides of the grow room.Pipe with small holes and the fog is emitted from these small holes for humidification.
3. Including supply and return air system, fresh air system. Fresh air and return air system can be opened at the same time according to the automatic adjustment by the air damper actuator; only when the fresh air enter, the indoor air pressure rises, and then it will be exhaust through overpressure louver; all air systems are based on the parameters set by temperature, humidity and CO2 on controller which run automatically.
