Refrigeration Unit:

With high efficient and low noise 6-rolor external fan motors.

With multi protections of lack-phase, over-current, frequent starting of compressor, exhaust temperature, high/low temperature etc.

With system alarm function to remind end users.

2.Semi-hermetic Condensing Units:

Condensing units with Bitzer semi-hermetic compressor, high operation reliability.

With air cooled copper-aluminum fin or high efficient shell-tube water cooled condenser

With wide capacity range and temperature range products for all kinds of application for fresh-keeping, cold storage, freezer etc.

Air Cooler Series:

Air cooler is a cooling equipment for cold rooms. Different design and specification, adjustable fin distance for different temperature cold rooms. Feature of compact structure, light weight, small installation space can meet most common requirements the fast cooling feature can greatly improve the fresh-keeping level.

1.DL Series Air Cooler: Room Temperature: -5℃ to 5℃

2.DD Series Air Cooler: Room Temperature: -20℃

3.DJ Series Air Cooler: Room Temperature: -40℃

Compact design for evaporator, condenser, compressor and controller to save installation space.

Adopts hermetic compressor for excellent performance, low noise and reliable operation.

High efficient internal grooved copper-aluminum heat exchanger fins.

Cold Room Structure

Modular cold storage is assembled using the insulation panels, cold storage door and on-demand configured bearing chassis. Insulation panel uses rigid polyurethane with good heat insulation performance as the core material, uses colored steel plate, stainless steel plate or pattern aluminum plate as panels and is compounded by overall foaming. It has low bibulous rate, high strength, good insulation performance, light weight, and is easy to install. According to the use of different parts, it is divided into three types: floor panel, wall panel and coping panel.

Cold Room Insulation Panel Varieties:

The cold room insulation panels can be divided into double Color painted steel panel, double embossing aluminum panel, double stainless steel plate surface panel and composite panels with different texture on both side (such as Color painted steel plate-stainless steel plate combination, Color painted steel plate-decorative pattern aluminum combination, decorative pattern aluminum-stainless steel plate combination, etc). Cold room panel specifications:

The length series of insulation panel from 2000mm to 20000mm, includes 2m, 2.2m, 2.4m, 2.8m, 3.2m, 3.6m, 4m, 4.5m, 5m, 5.5m, 6m, 7m, 8m, 9m, 10m, 12m, 14m, 16m, 18m, 20m, etc.

The width series of panel: 960mm.

The thickness of panel: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, 200mm for option.

We can also make special on-demand panels based on special requirements from our customers.

Cold Storage Door

As shown in the photos, we have various cold storage doors to choose from, including stainless steel door series, Color painted steel door series, embossed aluminum door series. We have a wide range of door size and the special specifications can be customized. According to the power of door opening, the cold storage door could be divided into two kinds: manual and electrical; according to the type of door opening, it could be divided into two kinds hinged and sliding; according to the number of door plank, it can be divided into single door and double door; according to the relative position of the door to the cold storage body after it is closed, it can be divided into whole buried (return), half buried and non buried type (cover). The user can choose the door type according to their special requirements and preferences.
